Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

This right applies to consumers, meaning private individuals who buy for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. Purchases made by companies or for business purposes are not covered (see our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy, section 8).

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (SC Disruptive Technologies - Advisory And Development SRL, trading as robotshop.ro, Str. Știrbei Vodă nr. 154, Bl. 26A, Sc. A, Et. 4, Ap. 16, Sector 1, București, Romania, email: hello@robotshop.ro) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the "Withdraw from contract here" function on our website, or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returning the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, at SC Disruptive Technologies SRL – robotshop.ro, 20 Ciocanesti Street, Ap. 3D, 042081 Bucharest, Romania, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. How we assess diminished value, and the replacement prices of missing items, are set out in section 3 of our Return, Refund & Warranty Policy.

To make your return smooth (recommended)

• Return everything you received, including all accessories and the original box, packed in a sturdy outer carton.
• Use a tracked and insured shipping service, and send us the tracking number.
• Write the return number (RMA) that we send you on the outer carton.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This withdrawal policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
